Our procedure for processing your genealogical enquiries is as follows:

A Client presents his objectives and expectations, and provides us with all the data he has via e-mail. This data will become a starting point of our genealogical research.

Genopolis takes up to 5 days to respond with information on the research options available, and on any other circumstances relevant to the order, especially those connected with the accessibility and type of available sources.

Genopolis presents an approximate schedule and cost estimate of the work. If the genealogical order is of considerable size, we suggest dividing it into stages, with accounts being settled in parts, at the end of each stage. The preparation of the analysis of the availability of sources and cost estimate are free of charge.

The fee for processing your order includes: the time spent on the query and preparation of research results. Additional payments will be charged for travel and accommodation costs, copying of documents (mostly in a registry office) and translation when required. Payments may be made through the PayPal service.

When a Client has accepted the proposed details of the query and our cost estimate, and decides to proceed with the genealogical research, Genopolis will require a written authorization which will allow the company to represent the Client in finding the information about his/her family. The research begins immediately after Genopolis receives the required authorization from the Client.
